Employees want to be recognized faster for their achievements. Faster and regular recognitions encourage individuals and teams to stay continuously motivated and further improves their performance and contributions.

This also reduces the turn-over of employees and staff. 

The Process

  • A company-organization nominates each employee or team for recognition for any month.
  • Peers publicly vote after that.
  • Results and comments are openly shared with the employees by the company-organization.
  • Each individual employee winner receives a trophy with person’s name, organization, month & year, and achievement engraved on it. Each team will receive only 1 trophy.
  • The trophies are shipped in a single package in the first week of the following month. A company-organization executive can then have an internal meeting/celebration where the trophies can be handed to each winning employee.
  • Employees will showcase and keep these trophies forever which will also be a testament to the progress in their career.

Prices and Fees

  • No upper limit to the number of employees and teams that can be nominated.
  • Minimum 5 employees | Total Price $, 1,650.00
  • Each additional employee $330.00 each
  • Price includes peer and public voting. Each winner receives a 3” trophy with Pillar World Awards logo and trophy with person’s name, organization, month & year, and achievement engraved on it.
